Activities Plan
You are entitled to an Activities Plan once you have registered with Nav.
Contents
You will receive an Activities Plan once you have registered as a job seeker with Nav.
The Activities Plan provides an overview of the activities you are doing to find work or another activity.
Both you and your Nav advisor can see and change the Activities Plan. You can enter your goal, the activities you intend to do and the positions you want to apply for.
Your Nav advisor can also add suggestions for activities or write notes from meetings you have had.
We use the content of the Activities Plan and other information you provide to your advisor to assess your need for follow-up.
You will also be given access to the Dialogue Service where you can communicate with your Nav advisor about work and follow-up.
We obtain information about you from the National Population Register. We also check the Contact and Reservation Register to see if you have opted out of digital communication with the public sector.
If you have opted out or are unable to use the Activities Plan, your follow up will continue without using the digital Activities Plan. You will then receive the Activities Plan printed on paper.
The information in the Activities Plan will not be shared with other government agencies, unless they have the right to retrieve such information.
The information in your Activities Plan will be archived and stored in accordance with the Archives Act. Activities and messages in the Dialogue Service cannot be deleted once created.
