When you send documents to Nav by post, you must use a cover sheet for the submission. Fill in the fields below and click "Next". On the next page you can download the cover sheet for your submission. You do not need to have the documents ready to download the first page. All the documents you send in must be marked with your name or company name and, if applicable, your national identity number/d-number.
